I've been with Astalift for 3 years plus. I've enjoyed the facial treatments, and the products are also very effective.
The prices are competitive and the free gifts are always almost full-size products.

Have been a long time member with Astalift and this review is for their membership points redemption system.
Their marketing team (or etc) has made the points redemption system less attractive and more difficult to use since 2024? Points redemption used to be straightforward and flexible, allowing members to redeem products, including sale items of up to 40% discount and during flash sale. Now, points are only allowed to be used on monthly sale items which are usually bundle items, AND the bundle items has to be within 40% discount from original price. Points are also not allowed to be used during flash sale/limited promotion like storewide 30% discount.
An example is, there is no storewide 30% discount for the month of XXX. Such promotion only occurs during limited time flash sale and points cannot be used as per their policy.
That is pretty much limiting everything we can redeem so it is not as attractive anymore.
Besides this, their backend team should at least inform such policy changes by e-mail, explaining the changes before they take place. (Or did I miss the meno?) Instead of after the policy change and making their beautician inform customers individually.

I like the Astalift facial with Corrine as it is relaxing, enjoyable soothing music and newly renovated environment. My skin seem improve and looks brighter. The salespersons are improving in their selling and recommendation of their products.

I love doing my facial here. The steps are soothing, the atmosphere is cozy and most importantly, the therapist (Lillian) is very professional. I enjoy the entire facial to the max. She answer all the questions that I have with regards to the facial steps, beauty machines/tools used and the products. Zero hardsell and I always able to relax and enjoy my sessions.

I have been a regular customer of ASTALIFE from 2019 and i love how consistent they are for keeping their standards very high. I always love yo come here for my facial which is the best in the town. I have to mention the name of my favourite person - Corrine who always very consistent and patient with her facial service. this facial also include massage for neck, face and eye area. Beyond words her hands are magical. Now i am relocating to Australia with family, but i am not going to miss this facial. Hence, I just bought another package coz i cannot miss this. The facial is always a pleasant experience. Facial packages are reasonably priced too. There is also no hard selling throughout, which is what I like the most!
