My facial experience here was good, especially for my first time doing one. I did a skin analysis with Alice where she gave me recommendations on how to change my skincare routine to suit my skin type and concerns. She was also very gentle throughout the whole facial, especially during extractions. Looking forward to coming back :)

Relaxing and thorough customised facial with Joelle. She was most gentle, experienced, and knowledgeable. Good face and shoulder massage skills as well; I fell into a deep slumber for the second half of the session! Meticulous extraction - she did not rush through and was really detailed. We were gifted a facial treatment by our daughters as a Mother’s Day treat! Upon entering, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Jean, the manager, with a drink each. She then proceeded to analyse our skin thoroughly with this machine. My facial therapist was Alice, a very lovely lady who was very understanding and knowledgeable with my sensitive skin condition. We’ve not felt so pampered, not just by our daughters, but also by Estetica’s well trained therapists! All in all, we had a restful and rejuvenated 1.5hr session! I had my facial with Alice and she did a very good job at doing my facial and identifying what skin type I am. After the facial, I bought a couple products and she helped me with my skin routine and how to use the products.
