Retured customer, went there last night for the Ribeyes steaks and iberico pork chop. Very disappointed with the cut, texture and doneness. Way under cooked for medium steak. The iberico not as nice as we had before. Feed backed to the staff last night 😔.

food was mediocre, not worth the price paid. we waited for 15-20 minutes for the mains to arrive, but couldnt taste much of their katsus as they were not drained properly and reek of oil. 'minced wagyu' was not thawed properly and tasted powdery too. 'wagyu' chunks in the curry were tough and dry, honestly a waste of 'good ingredients'.
service wise, male manager had a disparity when facing customers, when addressing a table of women he was patient and gentle, while addressing the men he'll have an obvious change in tone, honestly felt that he just want to be done with you.
female service staff names 'ary' was disinterested and honestly a turn off. when she took our order, she jumped on the very second i finished my sentence to reply: - "don't have", without offering any alternatives - and subsequently went on to take our drink orders. we've placed an order for green tea, lemon tea came. when we told her nicely that it was the wrong order, she replied snidely 'you? ordered lemon tea?'. then when the replacement came the service staff slammed the cup in the middle of the table when everyone was eating.
overall, price does not reflect quality of meat received, worsened by a horrible dinning experience. would not recommend.

Enjoyed the beef here! Many different cuts of Waygy beef and they were reasonably well roasted to the doneness that we asked for. I especially like the tenderness of the meats - we had flap, tenderloin, ribeye and short rib. The salad bar was a welcome with a good mix of vege, sushi, and miso soup. Inclusive were fruits and also ice cream. Enjoyed the meal thoroughly and will be back for the meats! Yum!

Hidden in a corner of Plaza Singapura. Been here a few times for dinner and always enjoyed our meal experience at Bizen Wagyu & Salad Bar.
We ordered the tenderloin and rib-eye steaks, both of which were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful. They were paired with excellent sauce, red wine (recommended by the manager) and black pepper.
The free flow Salad bar is included with every main course. It comes with a good selection which includes fruits, soup, sushi and of course, ice cream.
Overall, Bizen offers a premium Wagyu experience at reasonable prices,

Different cuts of premium Waygu beef were available at reasonable prices.
We had the Denver beef cut; charcoal grilled chicken & Chicken Katsu. Portions were sizable, & were cooked to perfection! 👍🏼
Salad buffet was adequately extensive. Included warm food like paste, soup, etc. Continuously replenished as well.

Went over on a Sunday afternoon...Did not try the Wagyu steaks but the burger was good. Grilled chicken was pretty decent too along with the Bolognese though it was a little on the sweet side. Salad buffet was alright but would have loved more variety.

It’s now officially an upgraded restaurant. Each main dish comes with free buffet spread. A little more pricy but food is premium. Tried the premium beef steaks around S$70. Had a super satisfying meal here. First time back since its revamp last Aug. All mains and beef cuts include unlimited servings from extensive Super Salad Buffet. The steak tasted just as good as my last visit before the revamp. The salad buffet table was beautifully set up and very appealing. Good customer service from manager and wait staff. Its location is tucked at a corner but if u come from Sing Pla entrance, walk into CO PLAY to the end and you will see Bizen.

Food was good, steaks were okay in our opinion. We had the top sirloin and rib fingers. Both were cooked according to our requests and enjoyed. The free flow salad bar came with every main course ordered. It had a very nice selection of cold and warm salad options. Also had asari clams (fat & juicy), eggplants, teriyaki wild mushrooms (yum!) and soup. Restaurant might be a little hard to find as it is in a corner. Just trust the signage and keep walking through the shop at the end of the aisle. or walk past BEST. Ambience was lovely with a nice outdoor view and natural lighting. Service was attentive. Worth a try!

I visited on Sunday afternoon, not crowded. I am not aware that the sides change to buffet style. But the sides/salad bar is delicious and with a variety of choices. I tried on the Premium Rump, it rich of beef taste, the meat texture like tenderloin which very tender and juicy. Who would like to have less fat meat with rich of beefy taste. It is good to give a try. You will not regret it.

Came by on a Sunday night and it was pleasantly quiet — great for a more relaxed dining experience. The restaurant is tucked away in a corner of Plaza Singapura, so it might take a bit of spotting.
The salad bar is complimentary for all diners. Not a huge selection, but the vegetables were fresh and more than enough for me. There’s also a good variety of beef cuts available. I can’t recall the exact one I chose, but it had a nice balance of marbling and turned out satisfying.
Service was friendly and efficient throughout. Parking is available either within Plaza Singapura or in the extension building nearby, so it’s convenient if you’re driving.
Overall, a solid spot for wagyu at reasonable prices. I’d definitely come back.

SHORT PLATE | HANGER
The hanger is a thin cut taken from the plate and also known as the inside skirt, which is the lower belly of the animal. Hanger steak resembles flank steak in texture and flavor. It has robust flavour and good tenderness. Texture: Tender & juicy • Flavour: Extremely robust • Marbling: Lightly
FLANK
Flank steaks are from the cow's belly muscles. This well-vascularized area contributes to its amazing beef flavor, unmatched by other cuts. PLATE
The Plate is commonly known as Short Plate. It is a forequarter cut from the belly of the cow, just below the rib cut. Thick layers of fat from top and bottom were skillfully removed leaving only the highly marbled meat. SIRLOIN
Cut from the short loin, the strip loin is the larger of two cuts that make up the T-bone, while the smaller tenderloin makes up the other side. FILLET | TENDERLOIN
Tenderloin is one of the most popular and expensive cuts from the steak menu because it is particularly tender. KNUCKLE | KNUCKLE
The knuckle is made up of a few muscles that have had the tri tip muscle removed. It lies at the top of the round just beyond the sirloin and is the muscle group just above the kneecap. TRI TIP
The tri tip is a triangular block of beef that has been carved from the knuckle. Round is a cut from the hindquarter which consists of three parts: top round, bottom round and knuckle. D RUMP | POPE'S EYE
The pope's eye, a cut from the top sirloin butt, is a lean muscle shaped like a necktie. Very tender and packed with meaty flavor. It's extremely rare in steakhouses - one carcass yields less than a kilogram. We called it the "fate steak" because it always sold out fast. You need some luck to get your hands on one! Top Sirloin is a triangular cut of meat that sits on top of the rump of the cow. It comes with a layer of fat above it that helps create a beautiful tender and juicy flavor when cooked.
