Now having $19.9 free flow of meat. Worth the value and order a few vegetables are good enough. The US beef is still the best. Chicken breast meat is tender. Great services and live the beancurd.

When there yesterday and order set for 2. Very full with good and complementary. Hai di lao service is very very good. Last time I went to Shi Li Fang and order small portion n staff kind of look down n changed the tone right away.

This is one of my favourite Haidilao branch as the service of the staff here is amazing! Jiayang is very helpful and always provides the best service to every customer. The branch is busy, but he always makes it a point to take good care of every table and making us feel at home. He is the reason why my family always come here for family gathering.

Wonderful experience revisiting after a couple of years. Service is AMAZING. Tried all the free flow tasty desserts and porridge that can fill you up. We ordered premium cut beef, pork, chicken, frog legs and natural mung beans noodles & refreshing Celtics & cucumber from the Exclusive harvest platter for Spring season. Happy & enjoyed the fresh ingredients. We chose 2 flavorful nourishing soups for hotpot. Remember to request for ice cream from the waiter! We wanted to see the pulling noodle dance but was told they are overwhelmed with busy order so we cancelled the noodle item. Will still come back again.

We celebrated my father's birthday at Haidilao and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by staff Aaron Leong. From start to finish, Aaron was incredibly attentive and efficient. He was constantly present to clear soiled utensils, top up soup without being asked, and always with a friendly and professional demeanor. Aaron even went the extra mile to assist my elderly grandmother to the table as she has difficulty walking, which we deeply appreciated. Although the table next to us got a bit rowdy, Aaron took the initiative to apologise even though it clearly wasn’t his fault. That level of care and responsibility really stood out. Haidilao also surprised us with a complimentary fruit cake and longevity noodles for my father’s birthday, which added a lovely personal touch to the evening. The food was decent, though I did find that some of the meats looked leaner in the menu photos than what was actually served. Still, the overall experience, especially thanks to Aaron’s outstanding service, made the evening memorable. We’re already looking forward to having our next family celebration here!

Had a lovely dining experience at Hai Di Lao. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Winnie who greeted us so kindly at the entrance. After our meal, we were treated to an impressive candy art performance by the talented Wilson, which added a delightful touch to our visit. A great place for both kids and adults to enjoy—definitely a memorable outing!

I’d like to sincerely commend a very thoughtful and genuine waiter named Aaron at Haidilao, Plaza Singapura. Although he wasn’t in charge of my table, he noticed I was dining alone and kindly offered to move me to a quieter spot. He brought me a cushion for comfort, a toy to lift my mood, ice cream, and even surprised me with a rose. At the end of the meal, he thoughtfully asked if I wanted to take some snacks home. I was deeply touched by his attentiveness and felt genuinely cared for. I’m truly very satisfied with his exceptional service—it made my night unforgettable.
