I had the worse shopping experience at Seimon-Cho located at Plaza Sing. The staff is Xiao Xiao. My family and I have patronise Seimon Cho for more than 15 years when they were at Junction 8, subsequently now at PS and IMM. Around 2 years ago, there was 1 occasion when xiao xiao ask me for my contact number, which she wanted to send me information. On a couple of occasions, when I am in the shop, I overhead xiao xiao talking negative to the other sales staff at PS Seimon Cho. Xiao xiao uses unpleasant, derogatory nicknames to reference to customer. As I am a quiet person, I ignore, and do not want to be involved. I was shocked, as it is a contrary to their usual friendly approach towards customers. My family and I only wanted to go to the shop to unwind myself after work and to buy things I wanted. Subsequently, when I wanted to buy things and check items, xiao xiao will tell me that she is not working. This happening for more than 15 times, and many times consecutive (now i think back, it cannot be so coincidental) Strangely, even after Xiao xiao returning to work, she never followed up with me. I had to check on my own every time. I have to set reminder to check on my own. Depsite on different times, I told her to take picture of the upcoming Kuji poster as I highly want to play, she just ignore and refused to take photos. As usual, I will have to take my own initiative to find pic on the internet and ask xiao xiao if this is the upcoming Kuji. She will as usual either PUSH THE BLAME TO THE LADY BOSS or say i can go IMM and look at the poster myself. On this last very negative encounter with Xiao xiao. Since July 2024, I have been following up on a specific toy set which I share with Xiao xiao that I love it very much, and definitely wanted to buy once it arrived as a brand new set. I want brand new. I told Xiao xiao many times. But every time, I asked, Xiao xiao repeatedly told she was not working, and did not follow up even when she back at work. When the arrival of the Toy set get closer, I follow up even closely with Xiao xiao. The last follow up was when I greeted her during CNY period. After CNY, i asked again. To my surprise, Xiao xiao again told me she was not working. To make things worse, Xiao xiao already know that the toy set have arrived. She then sarcastic tell me that the toys set i want is not brand new anymore. I ask her why Xiao xiao did not tell me when the set arrived. Xiao xiao say I did not ask on the day the toy set arrived. I say i ask many times. Xiao xiao then throw her temper and say she is not working. She furthered rudely told me that IF SHE IS NOT WORKING, SHE DO NOT WANT TO ENTERTAIN TO ANY MESSAGE RELATED TO WORK. I kept quiet and feel disappointed. Subsequently, Xiao xiao used this interaction to act as a victim. She continue to speak negatively about me to other staff members, escalating the situation instead of resolving it professionally. Xiao xiao continue to talk behind customer back as what she always does, attracting negative comments about me and allowing others to insult me unfairly. I keep quiet. Shortly after that, Xiao xiao blocked me as a customer, and continue to badmouth me to the others. She continue to act victim and make my family and I the centre of hatred. Whatโs most frustrating is that the item I was waiting for was available in another box, yet Xiao Xiao never informed me. Instead, she chose to withhold information and block communication, which is extremely unprofessional. Xiao xiao also went around to publicize to others that she Blocked me, as thou this is her trophy. She continue to act victim and twist the fact again. What is her intention to being so high profile telling everyone that she blocked me? Honesty, I did not even scold her once Like many others, i let down my guards when i am around Hello Kitty items. Its such an innocent place. Worse service and truly unprofessional behavior from xiao xiao. The worst shopping encounter. Finally, I do agree with other negative comments that the staff are indeed more arrogant.
