The experience was exceptional by Lily and other staff here, she's so friendly and full of energy,, most importantly catch what the customer wants. Apart from that I love this style from Essilor as my lenses are from thEssilor

I’ve always trusted Bolon for quality and style, and this recent visit to the Plaza Singapura outlet just reinforced why it’s my go-to brand. I dropped by for some maintenance on my glasses and was met with exceptional service from Lily, who treated us with such warmth and professionalism — even though we weren’t there to make a new purchase. She made us feel valued and took the time to assist us thoroughly, with a smile throughout. Unfortunately, the male staff who initially helped us didn’t show the same level of service. He seemed unhappy when we mentioned we weren’t buying new specs, and without a word, left us to attend to another customer who was shopping. It was disappointing to see the contrast in attitude. Lily truly stood out with her kindness and dedication. I sincerely hope that Bolon recognizes staff like her, and that commissions or rewards are not solely based on sales — because she absolutely deserves recognition for her extraordinary service. Thanks again, Lily. You’ve made us even more loyal to the brand!

Jimmy at Plaza Sing is very attentive and patience in answering my question. Service is good as he knows all the details. Very professional! Can consider doing eyeglasses with Bolon. Looking forward in receiving mine!

Visited this outlet twice in January and March respectively, and was assisted by Lily on both occasions. She was super friendly & professional and I managed to find a suitable pair of frames with her recommendation. Am genuinely impressed by her service and will be back again!

Accompanied my mum to get her a new pair of shades/glasses, and we being assisted by Amos. He was incredibly patient with us, taking the time to guide us through the different lens options and explaining everything clearly. We were completely clueless and asked a lot of questions and suggestions but Amos never rushed us and made sure we understood all our choices. Thanks to his guidance, my mum was comfortable and happily made her purchase. He even offered to clean my mum reading glass which was not a purchase from their shop! My mum especially appreciated his thorough explanations and calm demeanor—it’s rare to find such patience and excellent service these days! It feels good that I recommended her here and she was happy with the service and looking forward to receive her new transition shade
