Not too sure why but it has been the second time I've come here where the stall was left unmanned. The POS system is clearly on and the stall is open, just without any staff member to serve me. This time it's 1015-30am on Feb 4 for the record (left after that because I couldn't wait any longer)

1. I waited at least 3 mins before the staff came to take my orders after playing with her phone pretending not to see me. 2. I paid for non ice and was given ice when I rejected and got the girl to redo. 3. My drink was 2/3 full. Seriously.. Management please relook into your staff here..

I ordered a drink around 2.10 pm the staff was unfriendly and the drink tasted weird compared to other outlets,I tasted zero banana here.

Horrible. Peak hour lunch time and only 1 staff manning the booth. Also, train your staff to be louder if you're going to stick to a call system. Had to leave without my drink. Barely a 1 star even.

Just bought a watermelon lychee from this shop. 3 young chaps work in this outlet who doesn't have any kind of Interest in what they do. Absolutely no botheration of customers. Mist importantly the juice came with plastic waste mixed/ blended.. The first two were bigger chunks. The last one shown in the picture seems to be a sticky tape. Such is the interest shown by the people who manage this brand. Well done management! But mind you, I can assure u that soon it is going to hit you hard.. To you great people out there, if you wish to have extra added ingredients in your order, feel free to look out for this brand..

i was served the wrong drink yesterday. today i went back and informed the staff about the mistake they made yesterday. she simply pushed the blame to me by saying "you took the wrong drink", and turned her back at me.. absolutely speechless at the service here
