Absolutely recommend Miki and Lili!! I have my facial with miki and eyelash/eyebrow with Lili. They are totally not pushy at all for me to sign any package but recommend only what I needed. And they're super friendly. I do receive good reviews of my skin from my friends after several visits. Totally love the service here.

It is now an entirely new team at the Plaza Singapura outlet and the services rendered were disappointing, not customer-centric and late. The store manager, Emily was annoying. She engaged in hard-selling, and when I tried to convert my existing package to another service, she tried to short change me by giving excuses like needing to factor in manpower costs, etc. The receptionist was just as bad. When I entered the store, she did not even look up to greet me. She welcomed me by continuing with her computer work and rattling some words. Absolutely no eye contact. They were also 40 mins late for one of my lash sessions. Facial was just as bad. When cleansing my face, the therapist almost yanked out my lash. Prices are now steep too. I regret having a package with them.

I love my brows!!! Decided to get my brows done using their promo for first-time customer. My brows were done under the hands of Felicia and she was so meticulous and thorough. Honestly 10 mins in I already know that I am in good hands. I end up paying more than what was intended but no regrets reallyyyy.

This is my first experience with Browtisan for eyebrow embroidery. I have tried other beauty place before but just couldn't find a right one till I came to Browtisan! The staff recommended me what would suit me and ensured I was comfortable with it before proceeding with the embroidery. Really satisfied with everything, Thank you Browtisan once again for making my experience a wonderful one :)

Under new management, all the previous therapists have left and I have signed lashes package with them during the old management period, however I still have 6-7 sessions (at least 1k) more to go and I was very dissatisfied with the new service and therapists even I have tried to accept it. Asked for refund but they do not allow because they mentioned due to the new management no refund is allow? This isn’t it forcing the customers to complete the sessions unwillingly? I did not sign up for the new management and new company in the first place, so please do not force customers and return what we did not pay for.
