I did my brows here twice. 1st time was awesome hence went back again. The 2nd time the shop was managed by Colleen and it was horrible. Whomever they assigned to me did no consultation about what I wanted and went ahead to shade my brows without asking. It has been a few years since my last visit and my brows are faded to red (see pic).
They used gimmicks to get you to write good reviews in exchange for free gifts. Don't be tricked.

just want to share my experience for customers who still have an existing package with this place. i have been a trusting eyebrow embroidery customer with browtisan since 2015, but will not be a returning customer anymore. with the new management, please do not expect similar standards and service quality of the past. kaye, my beauty therapist, did not seem able to accept feedback. when i asked her to adjust slightly what she drew for my brows, she did not seem happy and simply said my time is up. i was not late to my appt btw, and that was the first and last request i made. during the embroidery process, she stopped halfway to take calls citing 'delivery packages to attend to'. i felt that the professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail i have always experienced with browtisan over the years have gone out of the window with this recent encounter, be it with front-desk or my therapist. suffice to say i do not like my new brows. it lacks artistry and somehow looks like it wasn't drawn well according to my brow bone placement. but can i live with it? yes. i think the issue here is just a mismatch of expected service quality. hope this sharing will be helpful for existing customers looking to go back and finish up their package. It is now an entirely new team at the Plaza Singapura outlet and the services rendered were disappointing, not customer-centric and late. The store manager, Emily was annoying. She engaged in hard-selling, and when I tried to convert my existing package to another service, she tried to short change me by giving excuses like needing to factor in manpower costs, etc. The receptionist was just as bad. When I entered the store, she did not even look up to greet me. She welcomed me by continuing with her computer work and rattling some words. Absolutely no eye contact. They were also 40 mins late for one of my lash sessions. Facial was just as bad. When cleansing my face, the therapist almost yanked out my lash. Prices are now steep too. I regret having a package with them.

Under new management, all the previous therapists have left and I have signed lashes package with them during the old management period, however I still have 6-7 sessions (at least 1k) more to go and I was very dissatisfied with the new service and therapists even I have tried to accept it. Asked for refund but they do not allow because they mentioned due to the new management no refund is allow? This isn’t it forcing the customers to complete the sessions unwillingly? I did not sign up for the new management and new company in the first place, so please do not force customers and return what we did not pay for.

Previously had a badly done brow job at another place. Came here for rescue and they did a splendid job. Had eyeliner done as well, and I am very pleased. The staff were all great. The staff, Daphne, who did the works on me has shown great professionalism, she is very thorough and ensure that she has given her best.

Renee has been helping me with eyelash extension for 3rd time. Both side of my eyes and original lashes are not symmetrical hence it requires patience and skills to carefully adjust and balance them out. Renee has done it well and provides good service.
