Initally wanted to purchase a customized insole for my diabetic dad, but was met with a dismissive attitude by a middle aged man. Instead of coming out from behind the desk to serve us, he coldly dismissed us that the price for an insole is $600+. That, and all the while, he had his ear piece in while addressing us with an annoyed expression.
I was already prepared for the cost as I had checked their website before going to the shop. But with the dismissive attitude, I decided to give my business elsewhere.

very poor service. Doesn't acknowledge you, doesn't greet you, didn't offer seat while I was waiting for him to attend finish to an existing customer. Wonder if he was just low situational awareness or deliberately ignoring me.

I using 2ft custom made orthotic for many many years.During the past years, seeing different friendly orthopaedic staff for making my high arch 2ft in soles .
On March 2023 I make another pair of insoles by Mr Wight . Had feedback to him still in pains. He cannot solved the insoles problems and I had requested for a refund but was rejected. He also awared that all my shoes are good supported Asics shoes.

Bad attitude. False promise. Said insole lasting for 3-5 years but my dad use it only 3months n its already less than 60%. When we ask for repair he refused n said every individual ia different. 3 months for an old man with no overweight??? Thats a lot less standard far from 3 years average. 🙄😒😒😒 …

Bought 2 pairs of insoles for $700. Price is already bad enough. Insoles very uncomfortable and did not do anything after a year. Went to an actual podiatrist and got a new pair of insoles. Wore them for 6 months and feet pain was gone. This place is a scam that markets their pre made insoles as “custom made”. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

I really love my custom made insoles from 2 ft Orthotics . I’ve been using it since 2016 and it is really comfortable. I can walk much longer distance pain free when I have the insoles in my shoes. The staff is very professional and makes sure the custom made insoles fits correctly and comfortably.I’ve tried using another brand’s custom made insole before but it didn’t help much.
I’m so happy that I made the right decision back then to go with 2ft Orthotics!

I have been using 2.ft custom-made orthotics since early 2000’s. I’m on my 5th pair already. I exercise regularly almost daily - I brisk walk a lot so my orthotics are regularly and heavily used. I can’t imagine doing my long distance walks without my 2.ft orthotics. By the way, 2.ft has unique features (i will let them explain what that is as I dont want to reveal their trade secrets) that the 2 ft orthotics have that add comfort, support and stability. They also “recondition” old but still usable pairs to extend their life.
I used to have sore knees and painful soles and even liwer back pain which all disappeared after I started using custom made orthotics by 2.ft. Even my very flat feet have begun to develop arches.
