The lady who was mending the self-check out in the evening of 28 Feb was very rude. We understand that the supermarket was closing and they were rushing customers to check out, but we were already at the self-check out trying to scan the Yuu membership and the lady told us "DON'T WASTE TIME" and to use the hand held scanner. Her tone and attitude is very uncalled for as we were already in the process of checking out. Couldn't she have phrased it nicely?!? I hear her also shouting out to other customers looking at the shelves otw to the cashier that they are already closed. Is this Cold Storage standard of customer service? Even if they are rushing to close up and head home, is it Cold Storage SOP to shout at customers and to use phrases like "DON'T WASTE TIME"?! What a horrible experience for such a premium priced supermarket.
