The lady who was mending the self-check out in the evening of 28 Feb was very rude. We understand that the supermarket was closing and they were rushing customers to check out, but we were already at the self-check out trying to scan the Yuu membership and the lady told us "DON'T WASTE TIME" and to use the hand held scanner. Her tone and attitude is very uncalled for as we were already in the process of checking out. Couldn't she have phrased it nicely?!? I hear her also shouting out to other customers looking at the shelves otw to the cashier that they are already closed. Is this Cold Storage standard of customer service? Even if they are rushing to close up and head home, is it Cold Storage SOP to shout at customers and to use phrases like "DON'T WASTE TIME"?! What a horrible experience for such a premium priced supermarket.

Some items seem pricey but the range they have in store was very good and huge variety. Very neat and tidy. I have taken one star or as I was shopping close to closing about 9.50 and they have closed all the fridge blinds already so they would have closed them even earlier. You close at 10pm not earlier.

I was really grateful to a female Indian staff of this outlet l, who was manning at self-checkout counters over 29 Nov 24 while it was near closing time. I was urgently looking for a thermal flask to visit a relative at a hospital and it was sold out in CS. She very kindly managed to source one for me! Going above and beyond, and being such a nice person - thank you so much!

Really huge supermarket and such but I would definitely not recommend you to get the pasta there at the pasta section near to the cheese area it was absolutely horrendous for a 300grams penne pesto with salmon for 9.90 you get a really watery and bland pasta with smoked salmon and a little bit of Parmesan cheese on the top really horrible. Though staff were nice but the quality is absolutely not acceptable.

I really like how Cold Storage has revamped many of their outlets by now. This CS Fresh outlet is no different. Located on B2 of Plaza Singapura, you're able to get some fresh food items, beyond all the usual fresh groceries you'd find at a supermarket. Really liked that they have quite an extensive cheese section as well, in case you need to grab some for your cheeseboard or a party. Eventually got myself some duck rice for lunch, and you really can't complain about the quality nor the quantity, for 5SGD.
