No service at all. I had to take the shoes myself to try and didn’t even offer assistance despite the shop being empty. Two staff in the shop and both of them were just staring at me. After trying i liked the shoe but decided not to buy the shoes because of this.

Salesperson was very nice to me.. She recommended shoes to me when the one I wanted was not available in my size.. She patiently served me despite the busy period. A good experience for me overall.

Very rare place selling extra wide fit shoes for an affordable price point! Ask for these pair of shoes as they are really comfortable

I came in interested to buy the shoes because of one tiktok viral video, but the staff just stood there until I asked if I can try one of the designs. She looked annoyed and impatient as she walked to me, asking for my size. Then she just left me there. that's so unprofessional and ridiculous. please train your staff to at least not stand there and stone during working hours. Briefly looked through other people's reviews from months ago and realised that this is nothing new. Though the team promised to train the staff, do yall really enforce it?

Amazing designs! I have a small but wide feet so its so hard to find shoes that fit well without sizing up and not it not fitting well :(. I hope to see more wide feet designs from you guys. This is my first purchase and I love how patient your sales assistant were, I was asking them to bring out many sizes but they were patient and kind! Would definitely shop here again ❤️

Superb service that I got when I shopped here today! I asked for shoes for more than 10 designs and bought 2 pairs in the end. Staff were really nice and helpful to my request. Very paiseh about asking them to help me take so many shoes cos wanna try everything before deciding. Thank you to the two ladies who served me today (night time) 🙏🏻

I’m really grateful to ShuPing for the assistance to find a pair of shoes. Mainly because I have very wide feet and haven’t been able to find any shoes from all other shops and ShuPing was very patient in helping me find something that fits me well.

Went to this outlet on 24 June (Sat) around 6pm. It was quite crowded but one of the staff was extremely patient in entertaining my requests and questions. She was the only staff who was wearing a smile all the time. I walked away with a pair of shoes, satisfied with the service and a pair of heels.
