Sent my shoes to be cleaned as they had grown super mouldy during the wet period we had last year. They did such an amazing job, and even helped to replace the soles so nicely. Saved me the hassle of having to find a cobbler to help me. Totally worth the price paid and will definitely recommend their services for anyone that needs some deep cleaning for their luxury goods!!

Is my first time using the Dr Bags cleaning service , after I received my wallet I m amazed by their hard work ! They clean it so well and revive my wallet! Strongly recommend if you want to clean any your luxury leather goods. !

Had a very pleasant experience at PS branch. Staff was patient to check the bag thouroughtly, record and explain what are the things they will do with the bag. Collection was also a breeze with staff patiently explained what service was done and care for daily use.

Very good work! Dr Bags did colour restoration for 2 of my bags and the work is perfect:) I gave a reference image and the colour match was perfect! Highly recommend and will definitely come back again!

Excellent service! I used for 3 of my designer belts and my Hermes buckle in gold and they look like new!! I'm very happy with their work! They know what they are doing.

This was really a very pleasant surprise. I have attached the original (2 parts in one photo) and the replacements. I was a bit skeptical at first because I did not expect such an identical replacement part; thank you so much for doing this! And it was great customer service (shout out to Rash) in person and over WhatsApp. Quality was great; excellent turnaround time as well. Thank you!!
