I was told by a staff named Desmond on Wednesday evening that the Christmas sale would be up and running on this very day, 22nd of November. Called up yesterday to reconfirm it and a staff named Dom or Tom reaffirmed it.
But to my utmost disappointment and surprise, when I turned up just now, I was told by the same staff named Desmond that shipment has been delayed and the Christmas Sale items would only arrive in early December. Which part of early December , he can't really tell.
Granted, I could accept that sometimes shipments could be delayed but what I am most indignant and disappointed about was that not a word of apology was accorded to me. And he was extremely nonchalant about the entire issue.
That's not the way good customer service should be as I too, have bought several items from your premises.
I sincerely hope that the esteemed management of this enterprise could look into this matter and ensure that at least, acceptable customer service standard could be accorded to one and all.
And yes, I do look forward to a reply from the powers that be in this establishment.

Had a company family day movie at plaza singapura last week and was looking forward to visiting this store and was so glad to see that they open at 12pm as it was the perfect timing for us to shop before lunch after our movie.
After waiting for a good 10mins, there was no sign of the shop opening so we went to check online and confirmed all platforms stated opening hours is from 12pm. Managed to find a mobile number to whatsapp but there's totally no reply, tried calling both shop number and mobile number and there was no answer.
Apart from us, there were also some other customers standing outside the shop waiting for it to be opened. There was also a delivery guy with a pallet of goods stranded outside for a good long time.
By 12.40+ we decided to give up waiting and left as we overheard the poor delivery guy on the phone and it doesnt sound like the shop is opening anytime soon. It was a super disappointing experience for us. While we understand some times things happens unexpectedly but it would be good if there were some kind of notice or response. They could update their facebook (since they could posted something earlier) or at least reply to let people know the shop will not be opening due to unforeseen circumstances.

The best licensed weaponry retail store I have visited! They have a wide variety of swords, including katanas, wakizashis, tantos, and iaitos. They also have a selection of guns, including flintlock pistols, revolvers, and rifles. The staff are helpful and always ready to provide more information on the products we were interested and eventually bought.

Lovely experience, staff was friendly and showed me the various items that I was interested in. Items are of pretty high quality and detail, ranging from flintlocks to swords; the guy showing me around was even kind enough to put in a spare letter opener for free. Would certainly visit the place again!
