I was told by a staff named Desmond on Wednesday evening that the Christmas sale would be up and running on this very day, 22nd of November. Called up yesterday to reconfirm it and a staff named Dom or Tom reaffirmed it. But to my utmost disappointment and surprise, when I turned up just now, I was told by the same staff named Desmond that shipment has been delayed and the Christmas Sale items would only arrive in early December. Which part of early December , he can't really tell. Granted, I could accept that sometimes shipments could be delayed but what I am most indignant and disappointed about was that not a word of apology was accorded to me. And he was extremely nonchalant about the entire issue. That's not the way good customer service should be as I too, have bought several items from your premises. I sincerely hope that the esteemed management of this enterprise could look into this matter and ensure that at least, acceptable customer service standard could be accorded to one and all. And yes, I do look forward to a reply from the powers that be in this establishment. Thank you .
