Goldheart @ Plaza Sing offers ear piercing and only one staff is trained to offer the service which gives me much confidence. However Jamie works weekdays only. Reservations recommended. The earrings offered are limited in range, but good enough. Available in surgical steel posts only and in my opinion, reasonably priced.
