We bought beds and were attended to by Nicole. Service was excellant. She stayed in contact with us thoughout even though the delivery was scheduled to take place months lafter when our house is ready. Along the way we decided on an upgrade and Nicole saw to it that the process was seemless. Now we are sleeping on one of the best beds we've ever had. Remarkable

I bought a Simmons mattress and storage bed for my mum at Plaza Sing outlet recently. Nicholas attended to us. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and gave good advice on choice of mattresses, bedframe options and fabric colours. Simmons' products are expensive but the quality is there. Service here matches the product.

I want to thank Nicholas Lim for my great experience with him when I dropped by the Plaza Singapura branch to purchase new mattresses for my new house. Nicholas is knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different mattresses they have and their features. He also arranged for a site assessment to ensure that there would be no issues with the delivery. I had to make changes to the timing of the assessment due to last-minute changes in my schedule, Nicholas helped to re-arrange and ensure the assessment was done.
