The lady was helpful but the man ruin my experience. I need help and gestured for him to come over but he gave me a gesture of wait a while. He was just looking at the other customers when they were just merely taking a look. I needed help but he didnt come over

Kevin and Vivian has been amazing ever since our first visit! I brought my then girlfriend around to look and browse ring and had the chance to be served by Kevin. Even though they knew we were only browsing that visit, they were patient enough to share with us information about the individual lines. We were very impressed with the service of the Plaza Singapura team and the designs of the brand, that we got our Engagement and Wedding Bands here. Goldheart @ Plaza Sing offers ear piercing and only one staff is trained to offer the service which gives me much confidence. However Jamie works weekdays only. Reservations recommended. The earrings offered are limited in range, but good enough. Available in surgical steel posts only and in my opinion, reasonably priced.
