After a long hiatus, Gong Cha is finally back in Singapore! Now, there is also "large" size options available for about $1+ more. My foam winter melon tea for example, $3.10 for normal size, and $4.10 for the large size. The taste is still the same as in the past. My recommendation: Pls try the foam winter melon tea!

Great drink but, Really bad service and experience with a young Chinese lady at the counter today. Showing attitude from the very beginning, when I reach the outlet she demanded I use the self service kiosk. And when I enquire about where would a special limited drink be under which category at the self service kiosk she rudely just ask me to order at the counter. And when my drink came she didn't call for the order number or prompt anyone, standing giving attitude. Spoil my mood greatly.

Malay staff was rude when taking orders. When I asked about shopback discount and how to activate, he said "must use the app and scan". I cannot find any thing on my shopback app to scan. When I ask if they take paywave/masters, he said no. When I gave him $50 cash for a $9 order, he said he has no change. So why the limited payment modes when they don't even support the most basic cash? And did I mentioned malay staff was rude throughout the whole process?

Ordered the brown sugar fresh milk with boba , brown sugar tasted overly bitter and it didn’t taste sweet as expected, boba was way too soft, tasted like overly soft jelly also again, not really what I expected.there was only 2 staff there, totally understaffed, not recommending the drink I got if u like your drinks sweet. Also my friend also noticed that the brown sugar always tasted kind of charred most of the times she ordered brown sugar

The matcha tea was tasteless & diluted. Pearl was terrible except the red beans was ok. First time drink gong Cha with such bad taste.
