Went to cut my hair. The lady came out looking unhappy and ask what haircut did I want. As my friend showed her a picture on her phone, she threw a towel around my shoulders. She was aggressive and unfriendly. Towards the end of the cut, she was cutting my bangs and I saw she had cut the left side too short which was way above my brows and it was very uneven. When she was done, I went to touch my bangs, she used a hair dryer to blow that part of my bangs/face to make it fly around like she’s trying to hide it and hope I won’t notice. Did not even say thank you upon payment, still looking very unhappy. Everyone who sees my hair comments on how uneven it is. Unpleasant experience.

I went there a few times, intially they cut really nice. However, I find they charged thier service too expensive for my bleach cut and treatment. After bleaching two seperate times, the colors faded after two days by itself without even washing my hair. Not sure if it is my problem but I dont think will visit again.

The lady is extremely rude and incapable
Instead of communicating with customer she keeps on rolling her eyes saying “I cannot cut like that” ,” what you want?” Whenever we give our opinion
Maybe instead of getting frustrated, throwing the towel and stopping the haircut halfway she should go and improve her hairdressing and communication skills. Or be a maybe a gangster under the void deck instead of working in a service industry ? Seems that’s more of her forte
Conclusion do not go here and waste your money , please save your time and go somewhere else

Price for haircut on the board was $31, total went up to $46! Before the haircut i also asked if there was student price and the staff said yes. But only during payment did they bring up that student discount was only on mon-fri. what a scam

First time in my life getting my hair bleached and the lady got it wrong and I paid 200 bucks. I was expecting blonde hair but ended up with orange and patches of black scalp.

first time perming my hair at this branch and i really like the results! i felt the staff were attentive and taught me tips on maintaining my curls well 👍🏻 the price is pretty standard for singapore in my experience …

I went here to do some rebonding. My hair is really in its worst condition as I do perm and coloring for my hair. Marc, the senior stylist gave me some pep talk and check my hair condition first, and was nice enough to suggest what's the best thing to do. He was very keen on doing the rebonding steps while explaining the process. He managed to take off the dried hair and make it straight, silky and bouncy again. Will probably recommend this salon to my friends! Good job to the staff as well! 💯💯💯
