Very bad salon. Strongly do not recommend. Come at your own risk. Blowing hair halfway and another customer came in wanted cut fringe Amy just walked away to cut her hair and left my hair wet. Totally no respect for customer and unprofessional

I've been kind of a long patron of Hair Inn, although not a regular one. I've been following the Plaza Sing team through their several location changes, from Orchard Central to CentrePoint to PS over tha past decade. The branch manager, whose name starts with G, has been my main hair stylist and she had decent skills & put great care in doing haircuts. However in the past few years, I've been feeling her haircut & attitude have been going towards mediocre. In the latest visit, I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I liked, but it eventually turned out totally different. It was unbelievably...bad. It would be easier to swallow if she had said from the start she cant deliver. I'm gonna boycott and never go back again.

Went for a wash & blow. The lady who did my hair was rude, put no effort into the washing and didn’t ask for my preference before styling it in a way I disliked. I left feeling dissatisfied and annoyed. It’s a shame since the previous 2 times I came, the other stylists were nice and competent.

Kelly is a great hairdresser! She has been my hair dresser for 2+ yrs and when she recently moved salon to Hair Inn, I followed her there. Haven't tried anyone else at Hair Inn, but can recommend Kelly. Very reliable, friendly and skilled.

If there is minus star I will give. Terrible haircut. I told the hairdresser not to cut short. The girl cut until I look like no hair left and the hair looks like bitten by hamster. Thanks to her I had to go for hair extension. My friend also had a hair cut and she looks stupid also after the hair cut. Very bad. Not recommended at all.
