The staff name elaine is rude and show a face like she is so done, if she is having a bad day or something is bothering her she shouldn’t bring this attitude to work and show it to the customer.

The lady at plaza Singapura outlet shows her temper by slamming the freezer door shut and throwing tantrum. Refuses to serves us as well. Making her colleague to come and serve us. Till now I’m writing this in she’s still throwing stuffs on the counter with a loud bang. If she’s so unhappy about working pls don’t come to work at all.

Super bad attitude from the trainee. The perm staff also but not as bad. We didn't manage to catch his name, he wore glasses. Pls don't go into service line if customer service is not in your blood. Never gonna visit this branch again.

we got the 1 for 1 matcha latte deal. matcha latte was terrible. matcha was claimed to be of a premium quality but it clearly tasted of a low grade and not an authentic matcha. matcha was extremely bitter and inedible, even the milk couldn't save it. milk was not good at all, creamy in a very unpleasant way and sentimental. we had to wait 35 min to get our drinks. pretty bad experience, will not return.

Terrible experience at this branch. Attitude is not good, got my drink order wrong and not apologetic at all. After re-doing the drink, the drink did not taste good ( inconsistent from other branch). Will not patronise this branch again.

ordered pick up so i can just take and go since i was in a rush but literally no one bothered to attend to me. only one person was in front making the drinks, while the rest were at the back using their phones as if i cannot see. waited awhile before i asked the staff in front if i can just take and go since i literally see my drink on the counter with my name and order number. dude snapped and rolled her eyes, saying “can you give me a minute?!??!” as if i did not give her many minutes already. when she finally came, she threw the clipboard on the counter. so rude. oh and i know for a fact that she’s a part timer since she was wearing a black shirt. sorry dude but i used to work at koi too and no one at my outlet was ever this rude.

Waited 20mins for my drink even though it’s 9pm at night and there’s hardly a queue. Staff chit chatting and doesn’t look bothered to hurry. Only the front facing cashier staff was nice enough to apologise for her colleagues’ bo chupness. Btw they also held my order because they ran out of pearls and didn’t bother telling me (left me waiting continuously) until I approached them to ask.

V long wait n I m d next in q. Turned out staff were preparing d order no. after mine, a delivery order. Staff needs to prioritise, it's a storefront after all.

I love Koi! My usual go to order is Oolong Milk Tea with less less bubbles. Pearls are chewwyyyy and tea sooo fragrant! There is a queue on weekends but got my drink pretty quick.

I have been to many Koi outlets. This seems to be the slowest service. I waited more than 10min and there were only 2 orders ahead. There were 4-5 staff at the outlet at the time.
