Acclaim! After receiving the goods and opening them, I found that the packaging was very good and very detailed. The quality of the goods is also very good. The service was good and the sales (name:Alice) attitude was very welcoming.

Very bad attitude from the male employee named Fiavian who rudely told off a boy who was not tall enough, so unknowingly; stepped up and got scolded. Surprised that being in a sales retail line store meant for children, he totally has no kindness and patience. Horrible and bad service indeed. Not surprised to read on similar reviews on Google here. Shame on you.

Recently visited this branch quite a few times. Went over last Thursday and was served by staff Alice again. She is the in charge after I asked her. As usual, she gave very warm service and knowledgeable about the products. All the staff looked cheerful, thumbs up Alice n team! Photos taken during earlier visits.
