We visited CE on April 28th around 3 PM and were assisted by Desmond. He provided clear and detailed explanations about the household item we were considering, making our decision much easier. What truly stood out was his patience and understanding when we faced some issues with our credit card during payment—he went above and beyond to assist us smoothly. A big thank you to CE for his outstanding service! Highly recommend him for his expertise and customer care.

Sales experience with Azmin is fantastic. He’s very informative and helpful when assisting us. Installation team is horrendous. My entire house is tiled and they were super careless with handling their equipments. Installation work done is super half ass and they make a mess of your place and don’t clean up as well. They just want to get it done the easy way and buzz off. They don’t give any explanation of anything as well.

I am very pleased to deal with Azmin. He is prompt and fulfilled his duty at work. He is able to coordinate with me on the project diligently and the whole work flow and payment process were completed smoothly. I am happy to deal with him now and also for my future projects. Unlike the other staff, Sara, there was no sense of urgency and I had to wait for payment link for almost 6 days without result and moreover she entered my company’s email address wrongly even though I gave her the correct email address. She never double check her typo and claimed my company’s email was not working. Then she asked me for another email address which I gave her promptly upon request. She was not responsive most of the time during our conversation in WhatsApp discussions. I do not want to deal with her again.
