Honestly, i am so disappointed with the customer service at plaza singapura outlet. I came here on 13 june, around 4.50pm. I did not managed to get the worker’s name, but what happened was i was basically just asking her if that is on $5 promotion and she replied by saying only the ones that has the sticker. I replied back saying oh but i saw there was a $5 sticker, and she replied me back rudely and gave me the annoyed look and said she will help me check. Lovisa is this how you train your workers on customer service?

I went to nex and plazasing a big difference. When I was going to pierce my ears, I needed to see which earring I wanted, but she said she couldn't take it out and show it to me. So I chose a silver one. But she put on a gold instead of what I wanted.

I got my ears pierced here today, I got my second, and third lobes done on both ears, and the lady doing it seemed so inexperienced. The gun she used was horrible and did not work, she had to manually place the backing into my ear twice, and at one point the gun got caught on my ear and she had to ask her colleague to help. The other lady working there seems very disinterested, and I asked multiple times to switch the gun to a different one as I believed it was faulty after the third time of their being an issue, they chose not to listen. I am very worried it will get infected as a result of their poor skill so will be monitoring again. Will not be returning.

My first time piercing. The staff is really nice. She changed the piercing position quite a few times according to my requirement patiently and was very gentle and professional when piercing.

I came quite some time back to get a piercing done for my ears.
I approached a staff member named Shikin who was very courteous and polite.
She answered all my queries well, including choosing a appropriate ear studs for my ears
(I have slightly thicker earlobes)
The piercing itself was quick and painless.
Overall everything went smoothly.

Went to the store today at around 2.58pm, the staff was so rude gave blank stares and answered me rudely. I get that it can be tiring but these are basic manners to a customer. The staff is long hair lady malay.
I bought 2 earrings and didn’t see there was a discount 4 for 10. The staff then told me, “The discount there what”. Like hello? I’m not expecting top notch treatment but at least watch the mannerism when dealing with customers. Please teach your staff to be respectful and professional.

Came down to shop with no intention of getting my ear pierced but i was convinced by shikin who genuinely talks about the service they provided. Even took the extra effort to explain about the device she will be using and assured me that it is not a gun. She make me feel at ease throughout the whole process and give some tips on how to provide extra care for my helix piercing too. Thank you for the great service and will surely come back and look for her.

Many thanks to Ath and Fee (staff at lovisa plaza sg) for piercing my girl's earlobes one week ago. They patiently made effort to balance both sides symmetrically while marking out the dot point. So far her piercings are healing well without issues. They use gun cartridge for piercing. They have a small selection of mini studs in surgical stainless steel and gold plated. Professional with good customer service.
