Saw FB advertisement and booked an appointment for IPL. The consultant (Winnie) was knowledgeable and professional in answering my enquiries. Wanted to try the trial session but was rejected as I was still having spotting due to menses. Unlike other place which would have push me to sign package, Winnie didn't even tried, instead she explained to me why I couldn't go ahead with the IPL. Professional level 10/10. Will definitely return to try their service as I felt really comfortable with their level of professionalism.

Elly Du and Maggie are amazing and I’m in their best hands as a customer there! Extremely satisfied with their service and grateful for them :) Also always appreciate that Musee doesn’t push hard on their customers to buy more or treat their customers unkindly when declined to buy more services for personal reasons. Respect to the company’s leadership for doing customer retention the right way.

I won't recommend this place to anyone. Regret spending money here! I spent over a thousand and a few hundreds dollars on hair removal sessions based on their promise of 'almost gone' hair, but after completing the sessions, my hair less but still have, then they pushed another package cost almost $1,000 to achieve the results I was promised initially. I was angry so I didn't purchase. The WhatsApp service was unresponsive, taking whole days to get a reply if you're lucky. Every time I want to book a session via WhatsApp it's so difficult and frustrating. And the staff at the store told me that I should book appointment via that WhatsApp. When I questioned about the response time, they just said due to overwhelming messages. Worst customer service and outright lies.

I’ve been with Musée Platinum for a few years now and have always had a great experience with their service. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and attentive. I’d especially like to commend Maggie Leong, who has attended to me a few times. She always makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the session and goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful service truly stand out. Highly recommend Musée and her, for anyone considering hair removal services!
