Cat is an excellent sales personnel. Friendly, patience with our queries, know her products well. Ogawa products is really comfortable after trying out their master drive AI. If budget allows, recommend for the biovis.

We chose the Master Drive Plus series after comparing among a few different models from OGAWA and also a few from other brands. We mostly chose this model based on a few factors like the varieties of programs, the coverage of massage areas, the level of customization and value for money. We also truly enjoyed the in store experience and the store staff was super helpful. In summary, highly recommend anyone looking for a good quality massage chair with modern design and feel.

Just bought this upgraded and latest version of the Genix- Genix 3. Much better than the Genix I bought a few years back. With superb shoulder and full arm massage that feels like what a professional masseur does. Highly recommended!
