Visited this outlet on 23/11/2024 on 7.10pm with my friend. Two malay staff were on duty at that time (one guy & girl) but none of them want to serve us. They were just chit chatting and laughing so loudly, then started to point finger to each other to kept on push one another to serve when me and my friend stepped into the store. And none of them approach us and serve. Such a poor and worst customer service that i encountered. Wont recommend this outlet to anyone that wants to purchase any product.

I had to trouble a staff Chaumei to call other branches to ask about a pair of shoes, and she called many branches on a Sunday night just to help me find my pair of shoes. Appreciate the support.

I bought my formal shoes here and Daniel was really patient and helpful in assisting me to pick an ideal pair. Very grateful to him and I totally recommend his service!

Very good service from the staff! He tirelessly helped us find the right shade of the belt we were looking for and even informed us that he could help us to cut the belt (cos it was too long) free of charge! Highly recommended!

Staff impatient. Seems like not enough manpower on a public holiday. Staff addressed me as “dear”. Felt weird

Liked the collection of bags here. Staff helped me pick a nice bag and packed it well too so I could carry it in my check-in baggage.
