Visited this outlet on 23/11/2024 on 7.10pm with my friend. Two malay staff were on duty at that time (one guy & girl) but none of them want to serve us. They were just chit chatting and laughing so loudly, then started to point finger to each other to kept on push one another to serve when me and my friend stepped into the store. And none of them approach us and serve. Such a poor and worst customer service that i encountered. Wont recommend this outlet to anyone that wants to purchase any product.

Staff impatient. Seems like not enough manpower on a public holiday. Staff addressed me as “dear”. Felt weird

Very good service from the staff! He tirelessly helped us find the right shade of the belt we were looking for and even informed us that he could help us to cut the belt (cos it was too long) free of charge! Highly recommended!

Efficient and helpful service staff. Very patient in attending to my requests and offering recommendations; zero hard-sell and 100% professionalism. A pity pedro do not carry half sizes to fit my feet size perfectly but still found something suitable eventually. It’s a pretty big store with a very good range of casual to formal footwear - males and females alike.
