Hardly do any Google reviews but I feel that this really deserves a shout out! The owner is very patient with my enquiries, and the shop has a really huge variety of zippo lighters to choose from. Engraving also takes only a few mins if the shop is not busy. Found the perfect birthday gift thanks to the owner!

Our search for temporary wedding bands is over! We just came across the Village Smith after my wife saw their gorgeous and shimmering set of rings on their display. We met CJ in the shop who was very friendly and accommodating. We bought new rings and a couple of authentic Parker Pens which designs are truly intricate yet very functional. Excellent service, craftsmanship and extremely fast turnaround time at competitive prices. WhatsApp-ed them early in the morning and received helpful responses. Decided to visit their store in-person. Store has more varieties than what are shown on their website, so always contact them to ask. Eventually, decided on a roller pen with engraving completed in 15 minutes. Note that the engraving is permanent and etched into the pen, which is a plus point. Transaction was fuss-free and transparent, no hidden charges. Highly recommended.

Went to the shop to do laser engraving for pen. Lady boss has good service in advising type of fonts to choose. Can be completed within 30 minutes. Did the engraving on 2 sides of the pen. One side is abit awkward which means needs to turn the other way to see the words.
