I’ve been a regular customer since 2019, but I now feel it’s time to move on to another place. It’s unfortunate, but the owner seems to have no interest in maintaining or improving the business. The store and equipment are outdated, and I haven’t seen any sign of new investment or effort to upgrade the space. And selling new packing is just not working even if the price is cheap.

My daughter bought me her for pedicure. I was informed i have bacteria and they recommend for a treatment. The price was somewhat over my budget, but the treatment was really effective. My daughter bought me the serum and some package! Hope the serum can help. The girl who help me was a Malaysian girl, nice girl and i think her name is Suki

Love Sam and Linda, they are the best. Lovely service and great service. Plaza sin is always one of my preferred pixie nail place, professional and good service

Sam and Vivien provided very good and professional service and accommodative to my request. Although today's service was not done by Suki, she is very friendly and provide good advise too. Overall the therapists here are friendly and provide professional advise.

Posting on behalf of my mother who had a terrible experience here today. This was her first time here as a walk-in customer as she was in the area. She walked in for a basic gel manicure, which to her shock was charged at $270 due to unreasonable add-on charges that she was not informed of during the manicure itself. This is a design she usually gets elsewhere at a price of $70-80. When making payment, the staff were tremendously pushy and she was surrounded by multiple staff with different package offerings. There was repeated upselling despite her refusal. When they offered her payment discount via Atome, they misrepresented it deliberately and wanted her to top up $1000 worth of credits to their store. Please do not visit this store with its unethical business practices.

They are all very experience but every beauty salon you go there tend to be some upselling which is totally normal .would patronise again
