I am a regular at Wheelock's outlet but it was full so i walked in to Plaza Sing's outlet. Unfortunately, my experience here was bad. When cleaning my toenails' cuticles, the staff cut too deeply and caused my toenail to bleed. However, she did not voice out about it nor did anything about it. It was only when i experienced some pain that i realise i was bleeding. She continued on with her tasks and after 15 minutes, the blood still did not stop, so i asked her if she had anything to spray that could stop the blood - only then did she spray something on my toe to stop the blood but damaged done and now there is a wound and my toe hurts. Honestly, if she had stopped the blood in time i believe the wound will not even show. The service and care given was not up to standard and i will not return to this branch.

This chain is the definition of a scam. The staff are super friendly and chatty until you say no to one of their expensive packages—then the mood shifts instantly. Suddenly, the warm smiles disappear, and you're made to feel like you've done something wrong just by refusing. It honestly feels like being in an emotionally manipulative relationship! The mani-pedi service itself is decent, but it's completely overshadowed by the pressure tactics. The way they guilt trip you into signing up for a package is unreal. Sadly, this seems to be a common practice in many nail salons in Singapore, and it's time something is done about it. Businesses like this should be banned from using these kinds of hard-sell, borderline abusive strategies. Avoid if you don’t want to leave your nail appointment feeling worse than when you walked in.

The services here are overpriced and they coerced me to get more services and packages. One of the therapists was very rude and persistent in pushing me to buy more things. And when I was taking time to contemplate, she repeatedly asked in a condescending tone “do you not understand me? Sister I am telling you again, you understand or not?!” just because I needed time to think. I felt extremely pressurized because she talked non-stop and spoke in sarcasm when I do not wish to purchase more services. She also rolled her eyes at me and accused me of not remembering deducting double of same session when she did not explain explicitly. Overall this is a nail place who will definitely take every opportunity to upsell you even from the start, to try to get you to buy more or deduct more from your package via all kinds of seemingly “kind” advice.

I went there with my daughter. I specifically asked the price of kids nail. They keep trying to sell more add ons while they already started the procedure. After the staff was done with cleaning up of one hand she said should put a protector base which is $20 top up since my daughter is only 7 and without the base itll damage her nails. I already asked for kids nail and she should have told us about the base before she started. I said then it’s overpriced and don’t want to continue the service. They charged us for the cleaning which was done only a few mins although it was their fault not to tell us the full price first. Scammer salon. I will never ever go there again.
