loved the bag that i just bought from typo. always loved their unique and aesthetic items. however the customer service that i received from the staff was terrible. no smiles, uses a v rude tone when she was serving me. i didn’t know that typo doesn’t provide plastic bags for items and id hv to pay $2 for a bag for it.

I would like to compliment the staffs at plaza sing!! They are just so friendly and being nice when i needed help, i would defintely go back again for gifts to my friends.

🔵 This is my very first visit to Typo store at Plaza Singapura. Went in to buy greeting cards and wrapping paper. 🟡 The shop sells mainly these merchandise = homeware, cute stationery, gift products, tech accessories, socks, mugs, laptop & phone cases, plastic drinking bottles, candles, kawaii cute pens, greeting cards, wrapping paper, small plushie toys, writing note books and many more. ❇️ The array of goods are very interesting and eye-catching. The sales assistants were also very friendly.

Staff are very supportive, she went for searching the stuff that I'm looking for. It is 3 years, due to global pandemic I couldn't come to Typo but as usual Typo never lets me down. I grabbed a huge amount of stationary with my beloved theme colour: Blue!

I recently visited Typo Plaza Sing during the Christmas sale, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't as pleasant as expected. The store was extremely crowded, and it was difficult to get any assistance. I had a few questions about the products, but there was no staff available to help. Also , the POS system had issues, causing long delays. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to pay, which added to the frustration. It was a bit disappointing, especially considering the holiday season and the high volume of shoppers. I hope Typo improves the staffing and the functionality of the POS system in the future.

I visited this outlet twice recently and both experiences are amazing. It’s heartening that this kind of service is still real. The first time I went was to purely check out a journal that I wanted customised engraving on. I ended up buying some items because of the nature of the service staff. They did not hard sell me anything. The pure desire to show the customer around the store was amazing. On the second visit, I wanted to see what the engraving looked like and she showed us a sample of what it looked like totally voluntarily, The purchase were not done because of the store or the products but the people here and I am truly happy with what I have.
