The prices of their products are a little on the pricey side but considering the material quality, it's worth the investment. I do like that they take the time to come up with themed products on a regular basis.

Staff are not very helpful and friendly... But the products are good and affordable!

The store is nice and large, but unfortunately, the staff is extremely incompetent. I visited with my daughter, and she bought headphones. The packaging looked very damaged, but it was sealed, and when I asked the cashier if everything was inside and okay, she assured me that everything was in perfect order. When we got home, it turned out that the accessories and manual were missing, and we have to go back to exchange them. Be aware of the very incompetent staff!

Nice place to get gifts and miscellaneous items. Staff on duty was polite and helpful well.
