The Refresh TCM at Plaza Singapura exceeded our expectations. My sister and I have enjoyed a delightful facial (Indiba) and scalp & hair treatment. Their friendly staff demonstrated in-depth knowledge and took the time to explain every step, making us feel well-informed. Thereβs visible difference before and after the treatments. Excited to see more difference after a few more treatments. Rejuvenating & refreshed after. Thank you Yishan (my beautician) and other staff for the amazing experience.

Disappointingly poor, stressful and unprofessional experience when trying to use a Gift Voucher gifted by a friend for their HBOT treatment.
Staff initially failed to respond promptly or appropriately to my booking enquiries across multiple contact numbers.
Following this initial experience I was in the area so opted to pro-actively come to branch directly seeking assistance.
Jessica and team I spoke with weren't welcoming, friendly, barely cordial in any way or professional, adding further confusion and frustration to an already sub-standard experience. Just wanting to use my Gift Voucher!
Incorrect pricing subsequently confusingly quoted by various teams with the advice that my Gift Card would not even cover the basic treatment cost?!
Staff did not seem to know the company's own services & treatments being offered to customers.
It took various teams (including their marketing & comm's) a long time and many chasers to eventually clarify and resolve the issues noted. My Gift Voucher did in fact cover the whole treatment cost! Really poor service.
Why was this so hard to book in and clarify basic treatment arrangements for a first time customer?!?
Treatment was okay. Again staff neither friendly or welcoming. My bag & possessions were moved mid-session out of my site without advice or warning so a member of staff could sit opposite the door during my 1hr treatment which was a bit uncomfortable and strange.
Even after the session, no staff asked how the session was, or even how I was/felt. Highlighting a further clear lack of basic professional care for customers.
Only a small cup of tepid water offered in the open reception area before hard sell attempts from Jessica to buy packages - No thanks.
All-in-all, the pricing seems to reflect the service level and experience.
Suggest avoiding this clinic and paying slightly more to visit other locations for better HBOT treatments (Clarke Quay area has some great facilities!)

I am very satisfied with my acupuncture treatment with Dr Tan, she is very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. I also signed a massage package after my first session with Hong Ye, she is very competent in her techniques. Highly recommended π β¦

I have been visiting Refresh Wellness at Plaza Singapura and had an incredible experience! The practitioner - Ace Tan and Therapist - Yue Fei was knowledgeable, compassionate, and created a soothing atmosphere. The treatment was tailored to my specific needs and I felt immediate relief from my chronic pain.
The clinic was clean, calm, and conveniently located. I highly recommend Refresh Wellness to anyone seeking effective and holistic care.

Great experience @ Plaza Singapore Refresh Day Spa, recommended!
Cozy environment and friendly staff. The traditional massage was so soothing that I fell asleep.
They also offered me a cup of ginger tea and a pcs of free wormwood soap after the massage!

Visited this outlet for the third time and tried out their Tui Na service for my lower back pain. Felt much better n less tense after the second session. Thanx to team for the friendly and professional service. Highly recommended to give it a try!πππππ β¦
