Had the ayam & ikan panggang set (chicken and fish), very enjoyable. Fish was nice and crispy but not dry. Very flavorful

One of my to go places (food) whenever I am at plaza sing. I ordered take out this time as was rushing for time. The portion they gave was very generous maybe too much rice! The food is usually great, ordered my usual set 1 and added vegetable. Prices had went up over the years though.

Chicken thigh is well marinated. Curry is aromatic. Queue can be rather long but it’s worth it. Options in PS can be really limited unless you are willing to splurge. To go meal when near that vicinity.

Riverside Indonesian BBQ at Plaza Singapura serves up hearty, flavorful grilled dishes at affordable prices. The grilled chicken set is a standout—juicy, well-marinated meat paired with rice, curry, and veggies. Portions are generous, the black sauce is deliciously sweet and savory, and the sambal adds a nice spicy kick. A reliable spot for satisfying Indonesian fare in the heart of Orchard.

used to be my top fav which serves super tender grilled nice chicken. Not here for quite awhile and today i was near. However this trip was bad as the chicken given was dry and tough. Not sure if its just this piece of entire batch but this sucks for sure. Luckily favour wise its still good. Maybe will come back 1 more round to try, lets see.

Ayam Bakar Set $7.02 (UP$7.80) Never falls! Always come here look around the other food stall think think, I'll end up still coming back to this stall My go-to order, grilled chicken that came with those dark sauce and curry sauce all over my rice too. Love the Sambal chilli that came with it that you can even bite onto the anchovies. Cabbage was yummy and also came with a sunny side up Used the fairprice App to pay and you get 10% discount

What's great? Grilled chicken and curry, and chilli and sweet sauce on top of rice. heavenly combi. What's to improve? Skip the fish. Skip the sotong, too little Visit again? Of course, have eaten this for the past dunno how many years already! Maybe try the fried chicken and curry chicken? Prefer this branch and the Somerset branch. Don't like the Jurong east one.

The food at the stall is always one of my go-to at this food court. Food is tasty & delicious. Sauce is super sweet. So ask for less sauce if you r watching out for your sugar intake. My disappointment came from it being a take away this time round. The rice just doesn’t taste right when doing take aways here. Rice became soggy & wet. Portion was generous and the drink is nice. Just doesn’t work the same as eating there. When dining in, there’s even a bowl of soup, which is nice to balance the sweetness of the sauce. The rice also wouldn’t taste soggy. I’ll not hesitate to order there if I can dine in. But I’d rather choose something else to take away in the future.

The food is not bad but the lady serving the food has very bad attitude and always mixes up the order. She also callously tosses the plate and soup onto the tray based on whether she likes you. The difference in attitude is obvious. Hopefully management can do something about it since I have been patronising this place for more than 10 years and would hate to see it get a bad rep.
