I'm a regular customer to this shop for more than 15 years buying rilakkuma (and now additional kuromi) for my girl since she is young. This shop has many collections for those 2 series. That solve my problem to hunt for the collection. The staffs both Allissa and Xiao Xiao are very friendly and knowledgeable providing very good service and helps in any way they are able to provide. They will do all the ways to help and serve their customers including myself unless they are off duty, for that I do understand as that's their rest day. Allissa and Xiao Xiao keep up the good work !

I have been supporting seimon-cho for years because of their staff. Both Alissa and Xiao Xiao are very friendly and helpful and they always serve with a smile. They are very professional. They make me feel very welcome whenever I go to their shop. I enjoy shopping at seimon-cho because of them. They have a good variety of cute stuff in the shop too! I always recommend this shop to all my friends!

i’ve always been a big fan of sumikko gurashi and have bought many items from this store. The staff there (Xiao Xiao) is so friendly and always so knowledgeable about the upcoming collections. Even if i pass by the shop without buying anything, she will still greet me with a friendly wave. Such a cute shop with cute employees!!

The staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and readily assist customers in their search for the perfect present. I recently encountered difficulty finding a suitable birthday gift for my sister. I am deeply grateful to Xiaoxiao and Allissa for their exceptional assistance in locating a Zoro figurine, a relatively uncommon item. They proactively contacted other outlets and management to verify stock availability, demonstrating remarkable dedication to customer service. Furthermore, they accommodated my request to have the item transferred from Plaza Singapura to avoid the inconvenience of traveling to IMM. My experience was truly exceptional. Their commitment to assisting me was outstanding, and their proactive communication regarding new arrivals and pre-order lists is greatly appreciated.
