I'm a regular customer to this shop for more than 15 years buying rilakkuma (and now additional kuromi) for my girl since she is young.
This shop has many collections for those 2 series. That solve my problem to hunt for the collection.
The staffs both Allissa and Xiao Xiao are very friendly and knowledgeable providing very good service and helps in any way they are able to provide. They will do all the ways to help and serve their customers including myself unless they are off duty, for that I do understand as that's their rest day.

I have been supporting seimon-cho for years because of their staff. Both Alissa and Xiao Xiao are very friendly and helpful and they always serve with a smile. They are very professional. i’ve always been a big fan of sumikko gurashi and have bought many items from this store. The staff there (Xiao Xiao) is so friendly and always so knowledgeable about the upcoming collections.
