Arrived at 8.30pm and it was closed…today arrived at 2.40pm it still close and not a single person in the shop? I not sure what are the district manager doing… waste my time !!!

I recently purchased a Serta blanket from Takashimaya outlet and noticed an issue even before the first wash. The blanket has been shedding loose fibers and dust, which are clearly visible on the surface and around the seams (see attached photos). This is concerning as the product is brand new and has not been laundered or used extensively. I followed the care instructions on the label strictly. Given the condition of the item, I'd like to request a replacement or a refund. Please advise on the next steps. Thank you for your assistance.
