If I can give 0 star, I would do so. After signing up for their package few months back, every facial session is filled with hard selling by the staff Helen. She will comment that my skin has this and that flaws. The most recent one was that she did a completely different treatment on me and charged me 2 sessions worth of treatment! I don’t even know what she did and she didn’t tell in before we started the facial. This is completely unethical! I got a shock, simply felt disgusted by her and do not want to even see her face ever again. I tried to feedback to their mgt and asked for a change to another branch but no one bothered to call me back. Don’t be fooled by them. And oh yes, their treatments don’t work, my skin don’t even feel a difference after every session, as compared to other salon. If by this week I don’t hear fr them after this review, I’ll either go to CASE or simply forgo all my sessions, just my bad luck

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, but I’ve never truly felt like I belonged. Customer comfort often takes a backseat to business priorities. In the past, when there wasn’t a call button in the treatment rooms they would leave you with a mask on and not return for a long time — completely unattended. It felt neglectful. Only after the renovation did they finally install a call button. The consultants I was assigned to are always busy and forgetful. The whole experience feels more like a factory than a place of comfort or care.
Over the years, I’ve had 2 different consultant changes — all without any explanation. When my recent consultant left, I requested for a specific one, I’m told she’s too busy with their loyal long term clients. I’m also a long time customer with them but was not valued as one. Their method of deployment and assignment of customers to consultants is definitely questionable . I’m expected to accept new consultants or consultants that are not my first choice.
If you’re a busy person or value your time, skip the facial package here. What should be a 1.5-hour session often drags past 2 hours because consultants are handling multiple clients at once. There’s no personal touch — just a factory line experience.
After this package ends, I’ve decided not to continue with their services.

I’d like to express my appreciation for Serene from the Plaza Singapura outlet. Having been with Shakura for 10 years and experienced treatments from various consultants, I can confidently say that Serene is among the best. She is both gentle and highly skilled—especially in facial extraction and facial massage techniques. My skin consistently develops a healthy glow a few days after each session. My only suggestion is for better management of the consultants’ schedules, as appointments are often very full and sometimes the treatment waiting times can be quite long. I hope the company can improve this to enhance the overall customer experience.
