I’ve been a customer for over 10 years, but I’ve never truly felt like I belonged. Customer comfort often takes a backseat to business priorities. In the past, when there wasn’t a call button in the treatment rooms they would leave you with a mask on and not return for a long time — completely unattended. It felt neglectful. Only after the renovation did they finally install a call button. The consultants I was assigned to are always busy and forgetful. The whole experience feels more like a factory than a place of comfort or care.
Over the years, I’ve had 2 different consultant changes — all without any explanation. When my recent consultant left, I requested for a specific one, I’m told she’s too busy with their loyal long term clients. I’m also a long time customer with them but was not valued as one. Their method of deployment and assignment of customers to consultants is definitely questionable . I’m expected to accept new consultants or consultants that are not my first choice.
If you’re a busy person or value your time, skip the facial package here. What should be a 1.5-hour session often drags past 2 hours because consultants are handling multiple clients at once. There’s no personal touch — just a factory line experience.
After this package ends, I’ve decided not to continue with their services.
