the voucher was given to me as a gift by my partner and she was advised that this voucher is the only thing that is needed to be presented to the clinic. 1. When I called to book an appointment, the 1st clinic (wheelock branch) told me that they're fully booked when they heard I was claiming for a promotion and I asked if there was any way they can check for a clinic with an available slot and they said plaza singapura branch has - but when i called plaza singapura they asked if i had a promo i was claiming for first and when they knew i did they said they were fully booked already for the next few days. I asked for the specific day the 1st branch told me there was an opening (which was the next day) and they said they'll check. In less than 2minutes the recep managed to give me a time slot. 2. On my visit, they refuse to do the service cause the booklet wasn't brought in when the voucher was being given to them already - again, the agent that made the sale said the voucher is enough and if you can see, the voucher says 'this Priviledge Card' Asked them if there's any other solution that can be done but they can't come up with any except that i needed to provide them with the booklet which is identical to any other booklets that they have. I tried to offer them the solution instead to check the serial number but they said they needed the voucher which I honestly don't have cause we were advised that it isn't needed. Offered to show them the transaction amount from my partner and they also don't want to accept it and just keep on saying the need the booklet which doesn't have any serial number on it whatsoever. Best is that they tried to asked us to contact the customer service on a weekend when they knew that they only operate from mondays to fridays. 3. They had me fill out their form and when i wanted to take my personal particulars back, they don't want to give it even when I said I'm not claiming the voucher anymore - i left the voucher there but i thought to take it back cause they might claim that I claim it and true enough, when I went back to the clinic they were holding the voucher and keying something in their pc. Not that that means they're claiming it already but why would you still need it when it's 'not claimable'? might as well just throw it. If you are willing to go to this facial clinic, best to just pay the full price cause they clearly don't like entertaining people on promotional prices even when they are the one who offered it. But maybe consider trying a different branch cause this branch is just not up to standard. But for me, I'll put my money elsewhere.

I had my first visit to SkinLab and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in. Shyan and Regine were warm, attentive, and took the time to understand my skin concerns without being pushy. The environment was clean, calm, and professionally maintained, which helped me feel at ease right away. The consultation was thorough, and the therapist explained each step clearly before proceeding. I appreciated the personalised approach and how they tailored the treatment based on my skin condition. After the session, my skin felt refreshed and well cared for. Overall, a great first experience – I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of.

The service is very good, my therapist Apple massage and do the facial in a very details with the package that we purchase. Yami as a facial consultant, consult us very detail and thank you for the service. The result was tip top

Very nice shop front… after so many years.. they have upgraded few times and everytime there always a surprise! Well done, SkinLab! Love to interact with the staffs.. they are friendly and nice. That’s including lizhen, yami, shyan, ginni of cos my fav therapist Jing Hui.

I recently had a fantastic facial experience at Skin Lab, and I couldn't be happier! The staff, particularly Chris, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Yami, who took the time to explain the entire process and tailored the treatment to my specific skin concerns. Zero stars if that were an option. I bought a voucher for my partner as a Valentine’s gift so she could unwind after a hectic period at work. Total waste of money. She tried again and again to book an appointment, only to be met with endless excuses “no slots,” “fully booked,” and no real help. The staff clearly had no interest in making it work and didn’t bother offering any solutions. What should’ve been a simple, thoughtful gift turned into a frustrating joke. Horrible service, zero accountability.

I had an amazing experience here at SkinLab in Plaza Sing. The place here was very clean and nice and the staff member,Elaine who did my face was gentle with me which made me feel asleep throughout the facial. The consultant,Yami also gave us some knowledge about our skin. Overall it was a good experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a voucher for my partner as a Valentine’s gift, hoping she could enjoy some well-deserved self-care after a busy work period. Unfortunately, she was never able to use it. Despite multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, the staff repeatedly gave excuses from fully booked slots to vague delays without offering any real solution or alternative. There was zero effort to accommodate or even follow up. Truly disappointing service. A gift meant to bring joy ended up becoming a source of stress and frustration.

Very relaxing and comfortable. Miko the therapist makes the session very relaxing and I enjoyed every minute, especially the shoulder massage. She is very meticulous and does her work well. I'm a satisfied client. My consultant is Shyan, good service and is not pushy in sales. I enjoy myself alot for my first session here at plaza singapura outlet.

Thank U to Yami & Chris for a great experience at SkinLab. It was my first time ever doing facial at a spa and they made me feel very comfortable. They were also nice to share knowledge on my skin condition and what to avoid etc. No hard selling after & even given a free sample serum. A very pleasant experience overall. Definitely would reconsider them again for future facials and recommend them to others.
