A good outlet, conveniently located at Plaza Singapura,next to the Starhub location. Staff is kind and helpful and there are several items on sale, depending on what you prefer. The layout is nice with an open concept, and my trip was pleasurable (even though my wife spent more than the budget) :-)

Worst sales person! We were there today , Monday, 18 Nov 2024 and our receipt 16:52 hrs . Cashier name : Rui Ling Cheryl Kim. I can’t confirm if this is the actual name of the staff that serve . We bought hair products for presents and asked for the wraps service . She said there isn’t wrapping paper and maybe the ones we saw with the ribbons and with the signage is just a dummy???? With a sour face and give us a Huge Paper Bag for our item that could fit a Medium size bag. It’s I said, this is a gift ! am loss at words ! Don’t work if you are too lazy or just have an attitude as we comes into the shop with a smile and you simply don’t bother about us!

the staff was friendly,once i entered the store i greed us and she help us on what product i need ,the staff was knowledgeble about the the product she recoment me other stuff i want, im abit confused because she never wear proper uniform but the rest of crew wear proper uniform ,and im shocked that the one custumer never handle properly the store was clean and products are arrange well and also i wait 15 min in paying my bill i fill angry waiting

Headed to Body Shop Plaza Singapura today and was served by Mai😊 customer service provided from the moment I stepped into the stores till I left was excellent! She had such a friendly personality and was willing to answer the questions I had! Moreover, I had the chance of trying the youth peel sample on the back of my hand to test out the product before purchasing it! It was $20, instead of $32 today and I’m glad with the purchases I made as well as the service provided by Mai! 🎊
