Order a dark chocolate. I didn't want cream and I asked for a cookie instead. They broke a cookie for the top of my drink. I didn't even think it was possible and I was delighted with them going the extra mile for me. Thanks a lot for your great service!

A very nice place to come for drinks!
The drinks they make here are very standard and nothing stands out much compared to other branches ordered the chocolate cookie crumble and chocolate muffin. Very thankful that they heat up the muffin without me having to tell them compared to other branches
Only part of the service I have to complain about is that the worker forgot to give us water when I ordered at the front counter….
But staff here are generally very nice and friendly!

I had a “Tall Black Coffee with Milk” & a Choco Chip Muffin. The staff put the exact amount of milk to my satisfaction. Service was very quick too!

Everyone is just sitting there for so long and everyone is so inconsiderate. Take up the seats for more than an hour and just sit there and chitchat/charge phone/laptop. Other customers want to have a drink and urgently need to charge their phone but no seats at all.

On 25th February 2025 my bff and I went to Coffee Bean Plaza singapura at around 6pm.The service by the staff was super awesome. The food was Yummylicious 😋

I had a wonderful experience at this cafe, thanks to Joey's excellent service on a Monday morning. She was proactive and anticipated our needs, making our visit truly enjoyable. The food and drink quality was outstanding, especially the perfectly toasted bread with melting cheese.

Sarcastic remarks by the male staff on 13 of December at around 1045am to 11am
My friend leg was hurt and needed desperately for a seat, at that point of time, almost all seats were empty and hence we sat down. Although we did not order but we did keep the chairs nicely after seating down. When we walked passed your staff, he said "thank you for ordering" with a sarcastic tone. Is this something that coffee bean has taught the staff? I know for new joiners they will need to go through some kind of workshop on their 1st day of work. That kind of comment is not needed at all. It is rude and why did coffee bean hire such people?

Tried their Velvet Red Ice Blended tea and tasted good, can try again as well. Not sure whether this is available in all stores. It has got in Hot & Cold, I feel ice blended like Frappuccino is good option. Varieties of teas are available in the menu, will visit their multiple locations and check one at time.

Came here on a busy saturday for lunch (around 12 noon) and was thoroughly impressed with the swiftness of service behind the counter & in the kitchen. While customers piled into the queue, the 2 people running the entire cafe continued to work at a good pace and kept their cool despite the typically stress-inducing environment & lack of manpower. Much respect for these workers, please take care of them well!

I used to like the spicy tuna pasta here. It had chunky tuna and pasta was done just right. But today was not just a miss but fell off the cliff. Tuna quality fell. Tuna was not chunky, just shreds. Pasta was soggy. Ambience was bad but that unlike the pasta and tuna wasn’t their fault. There were noisy kids around and parents altho they did give reminders were generally ineffective. Pity. Won’t be back.
