Everyone is just sitting there for so long and everyone is so inconsiderate. Take up the seats for more than an hour and just sit there and chitchat/charge phone/laptop. Other customers want to have a drink and urgently need to charge their phone but no seats at all.

Sarcastic remarks by the male staff on 13 of December at around 1045am to 11am My friend leg was hurt and needed desperately for a seat, at that point of time, almost all seats were empty and hence we sat down. Although we did not order but we did keep the chairs nicely after seating down. When we walked passed your staff, he said "thank you for ordering" with a sarcastic tone. Is this something that coffee bean has taught the staff? I know for new joiners they will need to go through some kind of workshop on their 1st day of work. That kind of comment is not needed at all. It is rude and why did coffee bean hire such people?

I used to like the spicy tuna pasta here. It had chunky tuna and pasta was done just right. But today was not just a miss but fell off the cliff. Tuna quality fell. Tuna was not chunky, just shreds. Pasta was soggy. Ambience was bad but that unlike the pasta and tuna wasn’t their fault. There were noisy kids around and parents altho they did give reminders were generally ineffective. Pity. Won’t be back.

Packed with students studying in the afternoon, there is a sign stating a one hour dining limit but I’m not sure if it’s adhered to. Prices are comparable to Starbucks. We had a reg watermelon lychee sparkling tea ($8.50), a small latte ($7) and a triple chocolate muffin ($4.20). Taste wise they’re pretty standard, nothing really notable. Service is decent, the counter staff are pretty friendly, and they heat up the muffin for you too! They also gave iced water foc.

Order a dark chocolate. I didn't want cream and I asked for a cookie instead. They broke a cookie for the top of my drink. I didn't even think it was possible and I was delighted with them going the extra mile for me. Thanks a lot for your great service!

A very nice place to come for drinks! The drinks they make here are very standard and nothing stands out much compared to other branches ordered the chocolate cookie crumble and chocolate muffin. Very thankful that they heat up the muffin without me having to tell them compared to other branches Only part of the service I have to complain about is that the worker forgot to give us water when I ordered at the front counter…. But staff here are generally very nice and friendly!

I had a wonderful experience at this cafe, thanks to Joey's excellent service on a Monday morning. She was proactive and anticipated our needs, making our visit truly enjoyable. The food and drink quality was outstanding, especially the perfectly toasted bread with melting cheese.

Tried their Velvet Red Ice Blended tea and tasted good, can try again as well. Not sure whether this is available in all stores. It has got in Hot & Cold, I feel ice blended like Frappuccino is good option. Varieties of teas are available in the menu, will visit their multiple locations and check one at time.

Came here on a busy saturday for lunch (around 12 noon) and was thoroughly impressed with the swiftness of service behind the counter & in the kitchen. While customers piled into the queue, the 2 people running the entire cafe continued to work at a good pace and kept their cool despite the typically stress-inducing environment & lack of manpower. Much respect for these workers, please take care of them well!

A spacious open concept space, perfect for catching a cup and chilling out. Natural sunlight comes in from the mall ceiling making this place very bright. Coffee is pretty standard across all their branches so no worry about that! The cakes do look tempting, perhaps I will try that next time.

The spaghetti I ordered doesn't have that much toppings and ingredients and I wished there was more sauce. Whereas the salad my friend ordered has too much dressing. Nonetheless their service is good. Due to safe distancing measures, seats are limited. I used my Entertainer app subscription to enjoy 25% off. Two safe distancing ambassadors came and said our table was too near to the one in front, but there was nothing much we can do but to shift it slightly back as the space is limited.

This outlet have the best staffs ever!! Had bad experience at other outlets the staff always seems unhappy and reluctant to share on what’s their perks on joining membership. Yesterday my friends & I went over at 10+pm and was served by Farid & Putri. They are super patient as we are thinking on what to drink at counter. They also shared on joining their membership with perks without us asking!! They are closing at 11pm yet giving us their best smile & service. Really appreciate & will definitely go back!
