Enquire counter on the availability. An older lady in black came out to assist. Told her I need for 2pax foot reflex. Told me only have 1 slot for foot and another for body if I want it now. I'm ok with one foot reflex and told her ok. She asked me another one can do body. I told her no need. As I only have 30mins. After realising only one pax will be doing. she tell me foot now no slot. Will only have slot at 6.20pm. This type of counter service. I free I also will not go back.

I was constantly upsold even during the treatment and at the end the sales tactic to buy a package was very intense.

I am writing to share my recent experience at the Plaza Singapura outlet.
Firstly, I want to compliment the quality of the massage I received. The masseur was highly skilled and professional, and the massage itself was excellent. I truly appreciated the expertise and care provided during the session.
However, I was very disappointed by the aggressive sales tactics I encountered at the front desk. By my second session, I was subjected to persistent and forceful attempts to get me to purchase additional or top-up packages. The hard-selling lasted for more than half an hour, which not only made me feel uncomfortable but also completely overshadowed the positive impression I had of the massage and the company’s professionalism.
This experience has made me very hesitant to return, and I now regret signing up for a package, as I fear I will have to face similar aggressive sales tactics during every visit. After reading reviews from other branches, I noticed that I am not alone in this experience, which is concerning.

Customer beware - hard sell tactics and refusal to honor advertised first trial promotion
I came in expecting to try their first-trial promotion, as clearly advertised on their website. Unfortunately, the front desk staff refused to honor it unless I purchased additional sessions on the spot. This kind of upselling felt misleading and left me questioning the integrity of the business.
The massage itself was actually very good, and under different circumstances, I might have considered returning. However, the high-pressure tactics and refusal to honor their own promotion significantly undermined my trust. It’s a shame, as the service had potential, but the experience was soured by the lack of transparency.

5-stars for the Tuina massage I received 4 Jan 2025 that my friend took me too by sharing her package. I've a great experience with my Tuina therapist Joann for my Tuina massage. She has 20-years experience and knew exactly my aching points as soon as I told her my back problems. She is also the one with emotional intelligence that captured and de-tense any awkward and rude moments by the marketing staff and other therapists' selling.
1-star for services: I'm taken aback by the in-adeptness of the counter and marketing staff for a massage parlor in a PS mall, which I was expecting a basic level of professionalism. The staff have none. Not only I didn't feel welcome upon entering the place, the counter SG Aunty was rude and condescending about how to register - a total turnoff. I trust the Chinese staff/therapists are good, but they lack trainings and were aggressive, esp when it comes to selling their products. One abruptly entered halfway through my massage session to sell extra TCM-style massage, which I didn't appreciate in terms of privacy intrusion and trying to hardsell while clients are in a vulnerable position. Highly unprofessional - I would have consider signing a few sessions if not for this. It is a shame that any potential good massages are diluted by the lack of professional services by the staff. I honestly have friendlier and better services in a cheaper non-mall settings. The owner could consider reforming the services to attract customers, would be a more effective strategy than serving the otherwise tasty red bean soup and good massages. I felt like I was in a neighborhood Chinese-run parlor desperate for business :/.
