Service quality is ok but product quality is horrible. The D24 durian classic cake is tasteless and totally no durian puree (cannot even smell durian odour). A 100% drop in standard compare to few years back.

Pls visit this emicake branch if u want to encounter one of the rudest sales staff in Singapore. The auntie working there daily is driving customers away with her black face and rude attitude. If u ask her any questions, she will look at u like u r speaking alien language or asking some stupid question. Don’t believe, please try!

I order a birthday cake for my sister's birthday thru Grabmart... I espcially wrote a message like this: Happy 65th birthday To our dear sister WENDY. But instead the cakes came in its original looks without the wordings as i requested... Upon calling the outlet, she told me that it cant be done without apoligusing and adk me to complain to Grab.

Today when to buy birthday cake for my son. Saw the cake is very nice and plan to buy but the staff as photo keep talking on phone and obviously it's chit chatting. I did alert her I wanna to buy, but then wait for a while she still talking and never serve me then I interrupt her call and asking the product. She just nod her head means no more for that but then still I'm the call to chit chat. This service really bad.😡

Logistic was bad and unprofessional. Ordered a birthday cake for my friend few days before the event, website stated can pickup from the store anytime between 10am - 10pm. However at 5pm on the pick up day, the cake is not ready and told us it will only arrive at 6.30pm. In the end we only collected around 6.50pm after a few delay.

cakes are delicious but service could be faster and better. stood there waiting to be served by the worker for 10 minutes since they do not allow customers to open the door to take the mini cakes on our own. she was too busy entertaining one customer instead so i walked off.

Emicakes in DhobyGhaut got eggless cakes. Their 4 for 10 small cube cakes we buy it whenever we visit Plaza Singapore. Now the price has been slightly increased :)

Your staff Luhui in Emicakes Plaza Singapura was incredibly helpful in arranging for me to get an eggless cake today. She promptly took my contact number to confirm that the cake I wanted was indeed what I intended to purchase and provided me with payment instructions and full address. She also sent me a photo of the cake that would be boxed and reminded me that the macaroons would be on the side. She was very pleasant, and I believe she deserves a five-star compliment. I hope the management recognizes her exceptional customer service skills and sales potential.

Friendly staff, clean outlet. We likey the Eggless Hazelnut cake and ate more than 2 slices each. It has three layers of heavenly eggless chocolate chiffon, generously adorned with two layers of Hazelnut filling and a tantalizing drizzle of real Hazelnuts. The robust yet balanced nutty flavor coupled with the irresistibly fluffy cake left me yearning for more after every bite! 😋

Absolutely love their D24 durian mooncakes. The snowskin mooncakes were not starchy as well. They come with a nice packaging too! Staff is also extremely patient. It’s located at the basement beside ToriQ!

One of the only places to get eggless cakes with a decent amount of choices. The cakes are delicious both with and without eggs. I’ve tried their Clementi branch but this one is as good as it gets. The owner is very pleasant and helped place an eggless cake for same day. The website is friendly and easy to work on for placing orders as well.
