wanted to give zero stars instead. was really thirsty and wanted to get a cup of ice water, so i waited for the queue to clear to get assistance from whoever who was at the cashier. indian lady wearing grey collared top (assuming the leader in charge), rolled her eyes at me as i asked for it (just fyi, i asked nicely). i think this is bad customer service and i too work in the same field but ive never showed any customers such attitude. please look into who you put as a leader/manager on duty. thank you. time around 10pm 28/06/2025 (name is shankari)

Ordered grilled chicken salad meal takeaway at 8.20PM (off peak period). Reached home & opened the box to find just salad. No chicken, no sauce packet provided. Just dry greens. Fantastic.

I ordered their new crispy mac n cheese ham wrap and what I got in the end is chicken sausage which I actually wouldn’t eat . So disappointed in this even though the food is nice

Horrible experience eating here. Waited 40 mins for one icecream. Asked the staff for updates but was rudely ignored. Closing time is 11 and i havent gotten my order since 10.

I had to wait 30 minutes for a single coffee, and when I finally received it, the lid wasn’t even secured. It spilled all over me and completely ruined my clothes. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a total lack of care for customers. 0 star for the service.

Tried their latest Double Chilli Crab Burger on Tues night, ordered to go and realised about 20 minutes later after getting off the train that my scrambled egg is missing. Tonight, I ordered a Double Fish Burger to go and while waiting, I remembered my missing egg from 4 nights ago. I approached a lady staff in black top and she asked if I would like to speak to manager. He came over and I showed him a photo of the burger with my receipt ( email ). He offered to replace my Chilli Crab Burger but I told him I’ve ordered my Fish Burger. I suggested to add the egg to my Fish Burger instead which was ready to collect by then. He did so and I am satisfied with their handling. I hope they can minimise missing items as much as possible. Thank you, McDonald’s team @ Plaza Singapura!

Burgers typically turn out like leaning tower of piza. Hope when food are served its placed nicely like in Japan. Area was a little warm and floor could be cleaner

$1 vanilla cone is an all time classic and great snack. Every staff wears hair net and cap. I find this practice very professional and consistent throughout the whole team. *salute*

About the same as other McDonald's locations I've been to in Singapore. We split two 4pc chicken combos between 4 people, and it was delicious. As good if not better than Jollibee's. The chicken was crispy and very juicy, and the fries were great too. The melon soft serve was outstanding when it was around too!

Dined here often and the service is consistent Love that we can order via app and request for table service Members gets deal Like that they embrace inclusion and diversity I ordered quarter pounder and it’s great tasting as always Atmosphere is good and comfortable

They've clearly optimized their workflows over the years, resulting in a very efficient system. I got my Big Mac to go, and my meal was ready within minutes. You'll find them conveniently located on the basement level, right alongside several other fast-food restaurants.

Had an amazing experience at this outlet today. This staff, went around on a busy Morning clearing trays, pushed a cart around topping up coffee and teas. (I have not seen this ever being done!) Ultra polite and friendly …. This is what made my Mc Donald’s meal an amazing one today!
