THW never fails to provide comfort food at familiar places. While waiting for hubby and had to have my comfort food after being on the road for an hour. The century egg porridge with crispy yew tiao - Yum yum warm my stomach, distinctive taste of century n salted eggs not just for look. Enjoyed the well flavored porridge. Didn't want too much meat so order their spinach dumpling- the skin so thin as picture with tasty filling of spinach and shrimp n garlic. Finish with barley drink.

The food consistency is still there after my last dining in 2 years... Pan fried carrot cake was crispy and fragrant with the egg and chives... Steam chicken feet was one of the better ones out there as it was not sweetened like many others.. Char Siu bao is definitely one of their best. Though limited items on their food menu, try stick to their favourite items and they will never go wrong!

Tim Ho Wan is a franchise that serves consistent quality dim sum with decent service. The Baked BBQ Pork Buns are a must try. Consistently delicious and baked to perfection. There is a good ratio of filling to pastry. Another of my favorites is the Pork Congee with Century & Salted Eggs. It’s so simple and has such a nice consistency, not too thick, not to watery. The Wok-fried Spicy Radish Cake w Shrimp is delicious although with anything fried, I felt this was a little too oily but tasty nevertheless. The Pork & Shrimp Dumplings in Hot & Spicy Scallion Noodles were also delicious. The dumplings had a lovely flavor, very tasty and nice heat from the sauce. The Hong Kong Style Egg Tarts were a nice way to end the meal. Not too sweet although it looks to have shrunk over the years. Service was consistently great and attentive.

Cozy place for quick lunch or tea break. Serving is pretty fast despite lunch peak hours. Standards maintained and those aunty servers are nice and friendly. My All time favourite are their siew mai and dumpling in hot and spicy sauce. Never get tired of their milk tea, authentic hk style and smooth. Steam sponge cake is SO fragrant and soft. One of the best I had. Lastly, their Osmanthus Jelly are good too. Wanton noodle worth the try for lunch as noodles are QQ and nicely done.

Great food as usual across the THW outlets- appreciate the consistency. This one has gd service and warm staff. Bbq pork buns are yums and served piping hot as usual. It's a busy outlet - their signage says there's a max of 50-60min dining time all day on weekends.

Decent HK dim sum. Do note that staff will only allow the group to be seated when all have reached. Would reccomend to try the fried salted egg lava bao as it is rather unique to the steam ones which most people are familiar with.

Michelin-starred restaurant - of course prices are pricey too. Food was ok, nothing to shout about. We went on a weekday, late afternoon for a late lunch; it wasn't particularly crowded, there were available seatings. Service was a tad slow... We asked for & received both chilli and 豆瓣酱.

Absolutely loved my experience at Tim Ho Wan! The dishes were spot-on — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The Shrimp Wonton Soup was pure ShrimpWontonHeaven — delicate wrappers, juicy shrimp, and a comforting broth. The Red Rice Rolls with Roselle Sauce were unique and delicious, with a refreshing tang that sets them apart. But the real surprise hit was the Spicy Radish Cake with Shrimp — wok-fried to perfection with just the right amount of heat and crisp. A must-try for any dim sum lover! Will definitely be back. 👏🥢

Have Shrimp Dumplings (4 pcs) and Shrimp Rice Rolls (3 rolls) to-go. About 10-minute wait from order to collection. Rice skin slightly thin and has a bit chewiness in a good way. Shrimps are firm with delicate texture; can savour the freshness and natural flavor of each mouthful. Rice rolls served with light savory sauce taste good. Also, service staff are polite.

Tim Ho Wan at Plaza Singapura allows ordering via app, which helps streamline the process, but the overall service remains slow. While the digital menu is convenient, food still takes a while to arrive, even after placing an order in advance. The kitchen seems to struggle with pacing, especially during peak hours, leading to delays despite the efficiency of app ordering. The dim sum itself—like the famous baked char siew bao and prawn dumplings—is delicious, but the sluggish kitchen and inconsistent wait times can be frustrating. If you're dining here, the app helps, but don’t expect a quick meal.
