Went to the shop to buy Pokémon cards and there’s a variety of other games as well. The staffs were very helpful and explained the games in detailed and patience. Will definitely come back here again to buy any games. Love the customer service!

They hold a variety of gaming consoles and software. The staff is well versed where they can suggest you what type of software you may like. You should check it out when you are in Plaza Singapura.

TOG Plaza Sing is a great outlet which has Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite consoles as well as various Nintendo Games in stock! Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking to buy any Nintendo Games you're looking for!

Chan and female staff was very helpful when my weird bag triggered an alarm. No judgment and once they ascertained I had been having the problem, they gently tried to assist me by disarming the offensive item. Chan was helpful and patient in helping me understand how they priced pokemon cards and what were the better buys. It's hard for retail and I hope the shop does well with such great employees. Although some prices were over, I felt the overall prices were fair and would surely be inclined to give Chan and his team my business.

Amazing place with great collections. Staff at front desk were were very understanding and helped me a lot. Very friendly and polite staff. A must visit place! Highly recommended. Thank you TOG @plaza singapura! Extremely happy for finding this place and hidden gems here which weren't available so easily anywhere else. Looking forward for more visits and shopping from you..

If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely will. The rude Ah Lian staff expects KIDS to stay absolutely silent when they are having the time of their lives. Like come on la, they are kids. She still threatened to shutdown the machine. If she had spoken to the kids nicely, I’ve got no issue with it. To be very frank the kids weren’t even loud, only that split second when he caught a legendary Pokemon but he apologised. All in all, if you can’t take kids enjoying themselves don’t work there.

Brought 2 packs of clear card protector, from the shop, the cashier asked if the cards i collect is for yugioh or Pokémon, end up the card protector were the wrong size and i swap them out for the correct size. Would have bought the wrong sized protector if not for the cashier, thank you.

Love TOG. However should considering placing the Pokemon machine outside of the shop (like the other one). Block the already limited floor area of the shop as kids with their parents have the tendency to crowd around the machine.
