If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely will. The rude Ah Lian staff expects KIDS to stay absolutely silent when they are having the time of their lives. Like come on la, they are kids. She still threatened to shutdown the machine. If she had spoken to the kids nicely, I’ve got no issue with it.
To be very frank the kids weren’t even loud, only that split second when he caught a legendary Pokemon but he apologised. All in all, if you can’t take kids enjoying themselves don’t work there.

Lady staff is unfriendly and aggressive to customer. Making shopping experience to be unpleasant. TOG should really look into better customer service. Staffs from other outlets are much friendlier.

Never buy from this shop. I bought 4 games over a hundred dollars and 1 game is noisy, having thud noise from the console. I came all the way down to the shop. Not a single sorry from them. They wasted my time loading the game and tested saying its ok when the surrounding is even more noisy and said the game is ok and its my console having problem. Really bad experience for the treatment when things go wrong, so different when they were friendly when selling you things.

Chan and female staff was very helpful when my weird bag triggered an alarm. No judgment and once they ascertained I had been having the problem, they gently tried to assist me by disarming the offensive item. Chan was helpful and patient in helping me understand how they priced pokemon cards and what were the better buys. It's hard for retail and I hope the shop does well with such great employees. Although some prices were over, I felt the overall prices were fair and would surely be inclined to give Chan and his team my business.

Brought 2 packs of clear card protector, from the shop, the cashier asked if the cards i collect is for yugioh or Pokémon, end up the card protector were the wrong size and i swap them out for the correct size. Would have bought the wrong sized protector if not for the cashier, thank you.

Love TOG. However should considering placing the Pokemon machine outside of the shop (like the other one). Block the already limited floor area of the shop as kids with their parents have the tendency to crowd around the machine.
