The staff can be friendlier , eventhough the store is buzy, doesn’t mean customer can be left behind. The staff “Jia Fang” is really problematic staff . Always black face everytime I go there and the best she refused to pass me the size that I wanted just because the store is busy ! She acts like the boss of the store, but with zero knowledge of customer relations. I will fire her if am her boss, really ruined the store good reputation . So disappointing and the worst staff awards I will give to her 👍🏻

Top is spiky cause me to feel itchy when wearing the item. But Neonmello won’t let me return it because i cut the tags to wear it. How I know it feels spiky if I don’t wear it???

Saw the red packet design so I decided to buy sth. Ended up spent $70 in a single receipt but can’t get the red packet. Staff said need to buy at least 2 pieces but I just bought 1 piece. Should learn from Playdress that give red packet to buyers who spent above $68.

The staffs are not approachable. I asked this staff in the photo if I can try other color and size of the clothes that I'll be trying in the fitting room and she said u got the same size, just try it (meaning she don't want to give the other color with the same size) cos ofc I want to try the other color also cos I want to buy 4pcs since the clothes are coordinates, top and skirt. I ended up buying only 2 tops. Your company will lose sales bc of this kind of lazy and unapproachable staffs.
